Finally! A actual start date!

Matt will be starting his new job with the MO Air National Guard on Feb 1, 2009. We are hoping to go out there as a family, but it will really depends on what happens with this house. It has been on the market for about a month and we have had about 4-5 showings. We may have had an offer, but our neighbors decided to inform the buyer that our house gets hits by golf balls "all the time." Though our house has been hit by golf balls, it's not an every day occurrence. It's rather annoying, but I want the buyer to be aware of the golf ball potential.
